Halloween is fun event in the States. When our kids are small, we dressed them up in pumpkin suits and go trick or treat around the neighbors.

Need to freeze cup cakes once they are baked.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup Whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup Rum

  • decoration for Halloween

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F degree.
  • Prepare the cake mix as instructed on the package. (mix cake mix, eggs, water and oil)
  • Put cake mixture in baking cups (layered in cup cake paper) and bake until done (about 30 min). Cool.
  • Baste rum on the cakes. Put them in freezer over night. (or at least 5 hours)
  • Make whip cream and decorate on the cakes.

Notes

  • Freezing makes cakes very moist.
