Garlic Butter

Very simple to make and keep it in the freezer for a few months.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter (room temp)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 TBS parsley (minced)

Directions

  • Keep the butter stick in room temperatures and soften.
  • Mince garlic cloves.
  • Mince parsley leaves.
  • In a small bowl, add softened butter, garlic and parsley. Mix well.
  • Prepare a one piece of Saran wrap (about 20 inches). Lay on the cutting board.
    Put the butter mix and form a long tube shape (about 10 inches).
  • Keep it in the fridge until it is hard. Cut in 8 pieces (or more) and keep them in the fridge until you use.
