Super quick one pan dinner with a few ingredients. Pork slice is also great for this lemon caper sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts

  • 1 TBS caper (washed)

  • 3 -4 mushrooms (sliced)

  • salt and pepper

  • olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon (1 TBS lemon juice)

  • 1 TBS Butter

  • 1/2 cup Chicken stock

  • 2 TBS White wine

Directions

  • Wash chicken breasts. Pat dry. Slice it in a half sideways.
  • To flatten the chicken, place the meat between two clear wrap and pound the meat thin about 1/2 inch. Remove the wraps.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
  • Heat a large frying pan medium high. Add olive oil and add chicken. Pan fry until the chicken is golden brown. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, put butter, caper, and mushroom. Cook until the mushroom is tender.
  • Sprinkle flour and cook about 1 min. Add white wine, chicken stock and continue cooking until the sauce gets thicken.
  • Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place chicken on a plate and add the sauce on the side.

Notes

  • This is a great recipe with pork slices.
