Back in the 1980″s when we lived in Naples, Italy, we would often dine at the officer’s club at the NATO base there. This dish was so delicious. Smoked salmon is good as is, but when you add more condiments, you can really enjoy various flavors.

Ingredients
1packagesmoked salmon
1hard boiled egg
2TBScream cheese
1tspcaper
1TBSsliced (diced) onion
1/2lemon
crackers
Directions
Make one boiled egg. Cool and dice.
Dice onion and soak in cold water for 10 min. Drain well.
On a large plate, place smoked salmon, boiled egg, diced onion, cream cheese, capers and lemon wedges.
Eat with crackers.
Notes
You can enjoy smoked salmon as is, but when you add some condiments, it tastes better.
