Beer Braised Pork Ribs

It’s very simple cooking. Season with seasoning salt and cook with beer for a few hours. It’s super tender ribs that you will enjoy.

This recipe requires 2 hours cooking time (slow heat in oven)

Ingredients

  • 1 large pork back rib

  • 1 tsp Seasoning salt (or salt pepper)

  • 1 TBS olive oil

  • 1 bottle Beer (or can)

  • some Store bought BBQ sauce (of your choice)

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 380 degree. Wash the rib and remove the membrane on the back of the rib.
  • Generously put seasoning salt on both sides. Baste some oil.
  • Put the rib on a large oven pan, and cook 20 to 30 min until it gets brown.
  • Reduce the heat to 280 degree and pour beer over (1/2 bottle first) and wrap with aluminum foil.
  • After 1 hour or so, flip the rib and pour the rest of the beer and keep cooking covered.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and baste your favorite BBQ sauce.
