Burrata and Tomato

Burrata is a soft, fresh Italian cheese made from cow’s milk. It looks like a mozzarella but inside is super creamy.

You can eat with salt and pepper or add some oil and vinegar. I like to eat like Caprese salad with tomato and basil. It really goes well with French bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Burrata

  • 2 small tomatoes

  • 1 bunch basil (fresh)

  • 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

  • some Salt and pepper

  • some Bugget (optional)

Directions

  • Remove burrata from the package and cut in a half.
  • Wash tomatoes. You can cut if you like that way.
  • On a plate, place the burrata, tomato and garnish with basil leaves.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper. Put some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • It goes well with French bread or rustic Italian bread. Enjoy.
