Quick start for your party. Everyone's favorite. All you need is to place tasty ingredients on a cheese board or a plate.

Ingredients

1 package Soft cheese (brie or camembert)
1 package Blue cheese
1 package Hard cheese (cheddar etc.)
2 kinds Crackers (bread)
Fruits (apple, grapes)
Nuts and dried fruits

Directions

Prepare the fruit. Wash and slice.
Prepare two or three kinds of bread and crackers.
On a large wooden board or a plate, place all ingredients.

Notes

Add hams and prosciutto to make it more fun cheese board.

Wine will be great with this cheese board. If you are not familiar to wine, it maybe confusing first. If you are an expert, choose what you like. There are various glasses to choose too, but the goal is to enjoy. So here are some tips to start. Chose red, white or sparkling or all. Get some glasses. Pick universal glasses (can use for any wine) first. Open the bottle and start drinking!
