German Tomato Salad

The first thing comes to my mind when I think of “German Food” is “beer and hefty  meat dish.”

However, they also eat salad and vegetables too. This recipe “tomato salad” is really refreshing German dish.

To tell you the truth,  I ate this dish in Prague, Czechoslovakia , but when I researched, German people also often eat this dish.  You only need a few ingredients, and the vinegar brings the sweetness of tomato. It’s a well-balanced salad dressing. Please serve as a garnish of stiff meat.
