No Bake Mascarpone Cheese Cup

I love cheesecake, but it takes a long time to make it: Mix the ingredients, bake in the oven and then let cool for a day. You got to wait one day.

This cheesecake recipe is for impatient people like me.  You don’t need to bake it.  Just mix all ingredients and you can eat it right away.

If mascarpone cheese is not available, use cream cheese alone is fine.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package Mascarpone cheese (4 oz)

  • 1/3 cup Cream cheese (room temp)

  • 1 TBS Honey

  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream

  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest

  • 1 cup Berries of your choice

Directions

  • Make Whipped cream: Add heavy cream and honey, and whip. Set aside.
  • Make cream cheese mix: In a medium size bowl, put Mascarpone cheese, room temperature cream cheese and mix well.
  • Add whipped cream and blend. Add lemon zest. Keep in the fridge.
  • Wash berries and cut as you like.
  • Prepare 4 small dessert dishes, put cheese mix and garnish with berries.
