Overnight oats are very easy to make and are a perfectly healthy breakfast.

I didn’t used to like oatmeal at all; served hot and sweet just seemed totally unappetizing. But overnight oats changed my mind forever!

After putting all ingredients, refrigerate overnight

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain

  • 1 TBS Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Cia seeds (optional)

  • 1 cup Almond milk (oat milk) unsweetened

  • Fresh fruits of your choice

Directions

  • In a large mason jar (or a bowl) put all ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate over the night.
  • Add fruits (wash and cut) and serve.

Notes

  • Use vinegar marinated fruits and it is also tasty.
  • Adjust sweetness as you like. If you use sweetened almond milk or yogurt, reduce or omit maple syrup.
